Hi Guys and Girls I’m looking for a Lead climber to work for my company in Enfield/Haringey North London starting straight away.
I Would of course like relevant qualifications and Tickets. A great fit for our company would be a practical problem solver who loves working with trees.
Some formal education preferred but not essential as work experience can in many cases be an equivalent.
I can offer a position for a subcontractor/self employed for 5 days a week. Or if you like a full time position. We don’t work weekends but you are welcome too if you need the extra cash.
The work is varied between, private high end clients to commercial and council contracts.
We are a small company with big goals and brand new equipment. We try to lead by example for good working practice and modern techniques.
You won’t be called the day before to cancel work. You won’t ever wait to be payed. You will be treated as an equal member of a Team. I’m looking for someone long term. Someone with experience who wants to take their career to the next level and grow with a business that is starting to fly wheel.

Someone who can have a laugh at work and take pride in what they do. Someone who can manage a team without needing to dictate. Someone open to ideas. But strong enough to make a decision.
